The pictures are mirroring the photographer's mind and worldview.
I like to explore the streets with childish curiosity and asking "strangers" if I may photograph them.
My greatest question is how to balance the candid vs. staged street photography:
Do I wait for the decisive moment or do I direct my subjects myself?
Why I started photography?
In every picture of me, mom, and little sister (almost 20 years ago), I wondered where my father was. After 3 seconds, I realized he was the one who photographed us. This sudden, yet so obvious, realization triggered me to capture moments in which both the subject and the photographer are "imprinted".
Maybe I'm attaching too much importance to this...but this was the start of my journey.
Who reads this anyway...?
